What should we do to gain height?

what do you to gain height???is there any special tonic or any idea to become taller....plz give some tips

Although one cannot predict that at how much time you can increase your height but it is surely possible that you can increase couple of inches more even after the age of 18.. I see some folks here telling you to try this and try that...don't waste your money. You will grow as tall as your genes let you. There is nothing you can do, short of very painful and expensive surgery, to increase your height.

believe me thats all crap, just do stretching exercises and u will see the difference,i prefer doing them right after you wake up EARLY MORNING i gained 4 inches i was 5'2 when i joined mylot. now im 5'6 and i think if i carry on im still gonna keep it going....

Sorry to disillusion you but there is no known way of anyone to increase their height. That comes from your genetics...and short of wearing higher heeled shoes you are the height you are. I am five foot two and a half..and I had to come to terms with the fact that is it so I accept what I know cannot be changed rather than making myself miserable because I'd love to be taller...but am not. yes stretching exercise will definitely make you taller... i have read a book on how to be taller and the book summarize the factors that can contribute to height increase of a person which should be done together to have satisfactory results: 1) taking multivitamin supplements. 2) adequate sleep of min 8-10hrs/day 3) doing stretching exercises 4) massaging the legs, arms, feet, hand. 5) dont smoke, 6) dont drink. one exercise i will share is by using books,magazine or newspaper place on top of one another and use it as leverage to reach something example the top part of the door. every day stretch to touch the top part and removing one newspaper/ day and before you know it you gone taller! no need to use the leverage to reach ^_^

Unfortunately ther is no way to get taller. Depending on your age you will grow accordingly. Height is hereditary so if your family is generally tall you will be tall if they are mostly short then you will also be short.
