Yes, a few times. When I messed up my payment last month it took them a few hours to get back to me. A few days ago I came across a totally disgusting profile on MyLot and turned it in...they messaged me back within 10 minutes and took care of the profile within 20. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

Like what everybody else has stated, sometimes they respond back and sometimes don't. As I guess that depends on the nature of the question we have for them, they'll respond in-case they have an answer to our questions. But more often, you'd receive nothing else!:( I have contacted them many times about the comments on my profile page, since only a few can access some of my friends can't actually post on it. I tried and tried, but still no avail..

I've Pm'd myLot several times, and, as far as I remember, they always responded. Not immediately, but in a few days time. Just wait a bit more and maybe you will get a response.

Hello MikesWifey, I'm sorry to hear that you have not gotten a response. That is very frustrating! I have pm'd the staff regarding three or four issues. The first time I heard back within a day or two. Though, that was more than a year ago. Then, a couple of months ago, I pm'd them regarding another issue. When I didn't hear back in a couple of days, I put my 'persistence' hat on, and sent a "second notice". Off hand, I cannot remember if I sent a "third notice", or not. In any case, I did eventually get a response. It wasn't terribly professional, yet it was a response. The most recent contact to them was also seemingly stuck in 'limbo' for a time. Then, I publicly requested that "Crash" follow up on it, as he's the one who suggested that I send a private pm in the first place. Shortly thereafter, I did receive a response. My sense is that the more to the point, and void of angry sentiments that the pm is, the more likely the chances are that it will be responded to. Of course, like in most areas of life, persistence pays. Meaning that you may have to send multiple requests for a response. I do think that it helps to label each subsequent request with "2nd Request", "Third Request", and so on. I would also add that I believe it is helpful to organize the content of a pm ahead of time. Where being attentive to writing the post: simply, clearly, reasonable and logically is a big help. Not that I'm making excuses for their lack of professionalism in regard to communicating with the members, but they are busy. Which would indicate to me that they probably are more inclined to ignore long, rambling, angry tirades. Which, I imagine they get alot of. In other words, I suspect that we'd all get alot farther with sugar than with vinegar. And, isn't that true in much of life? Good luck! I hope you get your issue resolved quickly.

Yes Once i mailed them about some problem and with a suggestion and i was surprised to see their response so i think they do response back if you have some real issue
