when money is tight and you have no where to turn

I moved to Texas on Feb 14 07 every since Ive been here its been very hard because shortly after I arrived my car broke down and where I reside there is no public transpertation. I have been a mess every since then I have tried various online money sources but to no avail nothing has happened quit yet but I keep preying and trying its not improtant that you fell down, its that you get up! That makes life worth living again.
