Drug testing in schools:

Is it legal to do drug testing in schools? Do you think it should be done? And should the parents be notified if the school intends to do this?

Yes parents should be notified for that and there should be regular medical examinstion for that.

Not sure if it legal for them to do since they are working with minors. But would be the best idea yet to get this started to assure those that are really trying to get an education not to have to be distracted with this or intruduced to this stuff. Yes and be a good idea for the school to let the parents know..I think they have to due to minors.
