how many times do you eat heavy meal in a day?

Just curious how many times do you guys eat meal in a day? I myself eat at least four to six times in a day.

heavy meals for me would be lunch time but when im at work i eat heavy meals in the morning and lunch time. evenings would be a snack for me because most of the time im too tired to sit too long eating. it makes me want to head straight to bed to relax and sleep..

i am on a diet so i don't eat heavy meals .. I only eat salads right now

I try to eat only two meals with maybe two snacks to go with it. I eat a good breakfast and a nice dinner....snack in the afternoon and before I go to bed but not after 7 p.m.

I don't eat any "heavy" meals. I fill up quickly so I eat 4 meals and snack in between.
