Do you feel that ATHF has gotten old?

I used to be really into Aqua Teen Hunger Force, but now that I don't have cable anymore I've completely lost interest. I think that the real breaking point for me was when the movie came out. I was expecting something really great and I was surprised when I saw it and it was completely boring are a chore to watch so I pretty much quit watching the show.

It has, but the show has also gotten worse.

Yeah, both the movie and the last season were absolutely dreadful. I think the creators have simply gotten bored with it and are trying to kill it so they can move on to new projects. Adult Swim has a bad habit of doing really short runs for great shows and I'm starting to think the animators and writers need to be put on Ritalin - they jump from one project to the next, and about the time you really start getting into a show, it's over!

The first season or so, when it wasn't repeating the same plot over and over again, it was great. Try my style of avoiding the staleness of ATHF: only watch it every so often. That way, if it's an episode that felt stale before, it'll have been so long since you've seen it that it'll seem almost fresh. But no matter how stale it gets, I will always love the Mooninites. The Moon Rulz.

If you look through all of the seasons the story gets really absurd. Its just hard to actually come up with new material for something this crazy... But strangely I still love the show!
