My first discussion! :D
Well long story short Prosper allows people to make personal loans to other people at interest rates set by the market. Borrowers set the max. rate they are willing to pay and then if lenders like the listing they bid and if enough people lend money the rate goes down.
I'm just wondering who all has heard of the site and what you think. I'm both a lender and borrower there. I've made $100.00 in interest over the last year or so off a $500.00 investment. also if you want more info. please give me a holler. they do have a referral program as well ;)

Not a problem. Its really gaining traction as a true lending/borrowing platform. I love it and just wish I had some more cash to lend!

I wish I never had to borrow hahaha Im just thinking about a loan dont know yet,.......

It is really a wonderful site where else can people borrow/lend money from other fellow people? No big bank to take all of the profits.
