What vitamins are the best to take?

I take Centrum, Citracal and B12. Are these good vitamins to take or are there better ones?

If you take Centrum..You do not need the B12. .as Centrum is a complete vitamin..unless however you have been counseled to take b12..

Thank you. I did not know that but my chiropractor did recommend B12 for me because my neck and back have been giving me some problems.
