who will get the best FIFA player of the year 2008?

My opinion is that C.Ronaldo will be the man.. think about it 30 games 29 goals... and let's not count the assists.. So if he continues his recent form, I don't see anyone coming close

Well,yeah...Messi is fast,skillful,has a great ball control and he is scoring (not just lately,he was playing as good all last year) but until now, Cristiano Ronaldo definitely showed the most. In the other hand, it's not even March, there's ten months for everybody else to shine and present their candidature for The best FIFA player of the year 2008. It should've be Eduardo da Silva (it's not real,but he's my favourite) but,you all know what happened...

i think man u's portugese player cristiano ronaldo will win that because he has played quite well and may beat the record of most goals in a season
