Lately i could not log in here and finally found out why.I blocked all cookies from mylot and finally figured that out after racking my brain for days and played around on here, found "something" and allowed the cookies,no not chocolate chip, hehe and logged in after 2 seconds of doing it.Have you ever done something silly on your computer without even knowing what you were doing and something jammed up.What was it and did you finally figure it out yourself or get someone else to? Missed you all sooo much!!:):):)

I'm glad you are back. I missed my kooky peanutjar friend. Years ago when I first got a computer, I was all the time messing something up. It took me a while to know how to fix my own mistakes. : )

No I can't say I have done anything with my computer withour knowing what I have done. I guess I have been using computers for so many years it is all old stuff to me. I started out using a computer back in the 1980's when they first came to be popular. We had one at work and it was such a monster it needed it's own room with big fans and air conditioning in the room. That tells you how far back it was. There was no such thing as a personal desktop computer then or a laptop. Only businesses used them back then for billing purposes. I love the little haha you put in this discussion, about the chocolate cookies, good one. lol

Wow, peanutjar I really was worried about you and missed you here. Well I had a "blonde" moment some months ago with my computer. Whenever I was going onto YouTube I couldn't hear anything...my sound system on the computer worked for everything else but there...uh, then I discovered what I did wrong...I just plain didn't have the volume up for the videos at YouTube....like duh? dumb moment for sure!

I am new at this entire online thing as a whole. I have installed my printer dozens of times and couldnt figure out why my printer wasnt working. Like you, I played around and realized that my printer was installed about 6 times. I deleted all but one and refreshed everything and low and behold. I was also very proud of myself for fixing it. So dont feel bad. Feel good that you fixed it all by yourself. Yeah for you! dl

I sure have LOL SOmetimes I really don't think what I"m doing and have done some silly stuff with the computer as well :) When that happens I just rack my mind thinking about what my steps were and go step by step figuring what can cause whatever problem I caused. I could ask hubby, and I"m sure he would help but I like to be able to find it out myself. I do ask him when the problem is more of a hardware nature as opposed to software, he's so much better than me at it:)
