Ok everyone, how do you spend your weekend. Is it party, party ,party.. Or do you try to get all your chores done then. How about shopping , is the weekend the time you go shopping. Maybe you are a person who just hangs out and realaxes. Myself I work all weekend, so my weekend is Tuesdays and Wednsdays. I spend much of it catcing up on chores. But I also have my Tuesday nite coffee clutch were my girls and I get together and drink coffee, wine. Eat chocolate and talk, talk ,talk, I look forward to it every week. So just what is it you do with your weekends?

Weekends.. Well being in a job i can realize whats the importance of a weekend..After a whole week of work thats the only thing to look forward for...Hardly get time to get all my chores done during the weekdays..Most of the times i keep on delaying them till the weekend..Have to do the laundry.. But here is how my weekend starts.. Late night party on a friday..Having fun with my friends.Though i don't drink but i love to hear my friends when they are drunk..Getting up late next morning by 11 am or may be 12.. Looking for the newspaper and spending out time watching the T.V...its almost 2pm.. We all friends go to play snooker in the afternoon..May plan for a movie in the evening show... I enjoy parties and love to attend them..Then dinner at a restaurant and late night talks.. bring up an end to the day... Shopping ..i am not at all a shopping-freak.. I hate to do that..The same story repeats the next day.. followed by getting up early in the morning next day to leave for office..

Snooker.. I m surprised you haven't heard of that game. Must have heard of wither pool,9-ball or billiards.. Its similar to that.. With 15 red balls and 6 coloured balls on the table. Every time you put a red ball into a pocket you have to hit a coloured ball to pocket.. Can find an online game too...

Lately, since I have been working 5 days a week. I substitute teach and you work when the work is there, LOL. I run my errands on weekends, hang out with the kids, watch movies. My days of party, party, party are over (for the time being). I have even been able to get more reading in on weekends. Don't you love when the kids get older and they can find things to do by themselves. LOL

I remember doing that as a kid. It's a shame our world is not safe that you can do that anymore, or at least here in our part of Maryland you can't. Maybe a small town you still can.

Oh yea Kimbers, I do remember those days, it was nice. From like 9,to,12 years old. They would go off find something to do, and I didn't worry so much. I remember giving them enough money on a Saturday after noon, to go to the movies. I relished those days

Every other Saturday I go out on the town for a night out, just to get me out and socialize, it is quite rewarding, I am not a drinker but I can still enjoy myself, on Sundays I like to go out in the garden, we have a large garden that always needs work done to it, I love the fresh air, and we have been lucky considering it's still Winter that we have had mild weather. I like to read too, I love detective novels which I can become engrossed in. I also listen to music and occasionally will watch a dvd depending on my mood.

That is great you make it a point to get out every other weekend. I hardly ever go out any more and kick my heels up, like you I do not drink much, so I always think whats the point. But I do have lots of friends ands family who come to visit on my days off so I have a very active social life just not out side of my circle to much I guess lol. I garden too, my garden is not real big, but since my time is limited, that is a good thing. I sure do enjoy it though on my days of when the seasons and weather permitt.Readin and music I also enjoy, but I do not have a DVD player, so I miss most movies. I am planning on spending my retirement catching up all the many many movies I have missed over the years lol.

Hi Deea no I dont party anymore.LOL Every other weekend I take our laundry to my aunts house because we dont have a washer or dryer yet. I love spending time with my aunt. She also has a brand new washer and holds alot of cloths. Then on the weekends that I dont do laundry I usually go to walmart and the grocery store. Come spring I will be spending alot of time in my garden.

I used to do chores on weekends but since I hired a maid I have more time for other stuff..I am not an outgoing person and I don't like going anywhere on weekends..Sometimes I go to my parents house because it's the time of day that my brothers and sisters who live far are mostly there like a reunion..Most times I go online and work on some stuffs on the internet and there are times I bury myself on dvd movies which I have a lot on stock that I haven't watched yet.

It must be nice to have a maid to free up your weekend time. How many brothers and sisters do you have, I bet it is nice to visit them from time to time.

Every weekend I go to the supermarket. Everything else depends on what is needed. There may be more shopping to do or other chores. This weekend, there wasn't anything so I was home to see some great films on TCM.

My weekends are spent with my family. Never parties. We go shopping, do all the errands that need to get done, go out to eat... We do everything that needed to get done during the week but my husband gets off work too late to do. We also just hang out, spend time together...watch movies and play games. Sometimes we drive off exploring. I love the weekend.

I don't party party anymore now that I am older. I do my housework, usually, on Saturday mornings and then do my grocery shopping and on Sundays I usually have my son and daughter-in-law over for supper or we just lay around all day and watch movies. We don't do a lot anymore. I also work in mylot, like today, posting responses. And I work reading emails for money and work on my blogg. The weekend doesn't mean all that much for me anymore since I am retired. Every day is the same for me. Except my husband still works and on the weekends he's home and so we try to do something together, like shopping. What a bore I must sound to you.

Lately my weekends haven't been any exciting than my weekdays. For the past two months I have spent a couple of weekends working, shooting for events that is. But I may say that it is still fun though it is work, since I spend the whole weekdays inside the office, going to the shoots is still fun since we are not trapped in the office anyways. It also means added income so I am cool with the idea of working on weekends except for days when there is something planned. Other than shoots I would have a couple of weekends of waking up late and just hanging out and relaxing at home and sometimes, really rare that my friends and I could agree on our schedules and meet up.

Tuesday nights sounds like a lot of fun Deea with the girls :) As for me and my family (just the three of us) we usually find something to do every weekend whether it be museums, going for a drive, grocery shopping, going to the park, going for walks along bike trails, or just being together at home, watching a family movie, playing games and sorts.

Hello Deea48. My weekdays ae spent at school mostly or running around with my mother shopping all day everyday. So on the weekends I like to study, go to the skating ring and help my grandparents. I like to study so that I can fully understand the concept that is being study for the week, I also like to be ahead of the game. Know more than what we were asked in case of a pop quiz. I love skating so any chance I can get to go I will be the first out there on the rink floors. I mean skating is so fun especially when you go with a group of firends nothing could be better. I also love being around my grandparents. Helping them out it makes me feel good and I know they really appreicate it and me for being there for them since all of the other grandchildren are too busy to help out. I know that between them and God I have a blessing in store so it really does not bother me waiting on them hand and foot. So with that said Deea48 NakitaLikely3617 is out!

Oh, I remember going to the rink all the time and skating, what fun, even more fun if you are with a group, I also think it is wonderful that you assist your grandparents. It is true, sounds like you have many blessing coming in life,it is just nice to meet someone who takes the time for grandparents.Keep staying ahead of those studies, and have fun shopping with mom.

I usually tend to try and do as much as I can with my daughter. Take her to new places, eat, chuck e cheese etc. However sometimes I like to go to other things that she cant like go skiing or a concert. I cant wait for summer cause theres more you can do on the weekends then in the winter.
