What do you like to write about?

I love to write. I love to let my feelings out on paper. At about twelve I started having trouble that I could not talk about. I am a big talker too. So I decided to write my problems and feelings down in poetry. I love to express myself in writing. It relieves stress, eases sadness, and just makes me feel like I have let it all out and yet you do not have to worry about noone running their mouth and telling your business. I love to read poetry too. It is so refreshing.

I've just written a kind of experiment in spiritual autobiography which I found very therapeutic. It's published online at a British-based blog, and various sections are found all over the internet. That said, I feel a little uncomfortable with the fact that it was autobiographical and should like to have a go at fiction one of these days. Writing's great fun, but I don't always feel sufficiently energised to do it.

That may be because so far you haven't written about something that really engrosses you. Many first-time writers write overt or veiled autobiographical volumes first...some writers never write anything but...:oD
