Picture and avatar changes

I would love to change my avatar picture and also edit my pictures that are in my profile but I can't figure out how to make the changes. Has anyone done this before that can walk me through it?

Had the same problem myself,go to mylot at top of page,then faq.It's all there.Good luck with it,took me some time to get it correct.cheers
