Do you have any small ritual that you repeat on a weekly basis??

I was sitting here doing what I do EVERY Sunday evening and realized that it has become a bit of a ritual for me...lol. Although it isn't anything religious or spirtual- it something that I enjoy.
Every Sunday I sit and watch Extreme Home Makeover and cry like a baby by myself..lol....I enjoy doing it weekly- for some reason- it sort of cleanses my past week off me and I enjoy a good show in the process.
Are there any rituals you find yourself repeating weekly that make you feel good?

I am not sure you would call this a ritual, but I go to the post office to check my mail every Friday. I never check it before a Friday. I just wait for all the mail to stack up so that when I go to the post office to check my mail, I can just carry off a load of it home. I started doing this when sometimes I went to the post office to receive just one or two letters, sometimes none and it became a waste of gas going to the post office. So I decided to just wait and go to the post office every Friday and just pick up the mail for the week.

I would definitly call that a small ritual of sorts if you ask me superjock ;) I mean you have a method to your madness- which to me is all a ritual is- finding a method to lifes madness ;)

I do a lot of rituals every week I guess. I go to class, get some sort of lunch and some days I come back and eat lunch by myself because everyone else is busy, and to wind down, I either watch TV or DVD's on my laptop while I'm eating lunch. It's rather calming really, to just chill out and watch tv and not think about things for awhile.
