Yes, very much. If we get the right interpretation then it will very much be practical to apply all teachings of the Bible everyday. After all God is not a God who will give outdated commands and teachings. If He can become outdated then God is not god or his word is wrongly understood.

bible - the holy bible
As a Christian, I believe that we really have to follow what is in the Bible. I personally, apply what the Bible says. At times when I am in doubt or at times when I fear, I turn to the Bible for guidance. At times when I am down, I turn to the Bible for reassurance. When confused, I turn to the Bible for enlightenment.

It is important to be selective in following what the Bible says. Much of what the Bible says we'll get you throw in jail if you follow it. Please don't go out killing witches or people who work on the Sabbath.

It is important (vitally important) to have your own beliefs and with that allow others to have thiers as well. To share what you believe and to force what you believe on other is two different things... so if you get the right to believe in what you believe in remember that means that others have to have that opportunity as well. Thanks Zelo

I think it's very important to apply the bible in our daily lives. What better thing can we do, than follow the adice of the being that has been around for all eternity and who created us in every way, shape and form. Who also has watched our patterns in behavior as well. To me, there is nothing more greater than applying the bible in our lives on a daily basis.

Yes. If you study the bible it will tell you how to live your life each day. It is our guide for living each day. There are some things that we don't do today but that is using common sense. We don't stone people as they did in those time for adultery and so forth. but we can live according to the bible if we follow Jesus and keep what he said to do. Some times it is hard but with the help of prayer and the Holy Spirit it becomes easier.

Yes. In fact that's what God wants man to do. His commandments are not impossible to do. That is the Christian religion which people should follow in their daily life.

Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth. Meditate on it day and night so that you may be careful to do everything in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. - Joshua 1:8 The Bible says this and I believe it speaks f keeping what's written on the Bible into our heart in each day and take it wherever we go. It's all about following God in everything we do. We can't apply everything as we read them so we have to keep them and apply whenever necessary.

You may respect the person with whom you disagree by remembering that they are a valuable child of God. You value them as a precious friend, but if you care for them alot, you will speak the truth in love.
