Hotel Rowanda...AWESOME movie, wasn't it? It was powerful...I let my children watch it because it was based on a true story and I wanted them to realize how much they should be thankful for having some peace and not live in fear.

Oh my goodness, I think the question for me would be what movies haven't made me cry. I didn't cry at movies very often when I was younger and now I get all teared up at the drop of a hat, haha. Beaches did it for me and so did The Pusuit of Happiness. The other one that got me was The Notebook. I was just finishing the book on the day I got married. I was sitting at my parents house after having my hair done and my vail put on. I remember I was sitting in mom and dad's living room finishing the book and my mom came in and was totally upset because she thought I was crying and had changed my mind about getting married. So I told her no, that wasn't the problem and let her know it was the book. I thought she was gonna smack me for getting her all worked up over some story.

I really do not have too many movies that have made me cry. I have seen some movies that have almost brought a tear. But other than that I really have not seen too many of movies that has made me cry. You know women are a lot of times more sensitive. I'm not really do not cry off of movies. Not saying that it does not affect me, it's just the way I am. You know everybody is different.

There are many but The Notebook is the most recent and memorable one. The old movie Love Story with Ryan O'Neill and Ali McGraw is a real teal jerker and must see.

It's been a while since I've had the attention span spare enough to sit down and -enjoy- a movie. (Four kids will do that). 1. Schindler's List : Need there be any explaination? I mean, here was this business minded man who first and foremost wanted nothing to do but make money. But, he saw that his people had hearts and were humans and began to sell almost everything he had to aide them. The part that I cry every time is the very end...right before he flees. He's looking at his Nazi pin, his fancy car and breaks down in tears, "I could have bought/saved (X) amount of people with this!" 2. The Passion - Again, no explanation needed...but the tear jerker for me was when Mary was remencing and saw Jesus as a sweet chubby little boy, running over to her and he trips and falls. The way she ran to him to tend to his boo boos made me go home and cuddle my little ones. 3. Hotel Rowanda - much like "Schindler's List"

I don't recall any movie in the cinemas that have made me cry. One reason is because I hardly go to the cinemas these days. But there is one particular show on TV that has always made me cry without fail. The show is Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, an Emmy Award-winning ABC reality television series hosted by Ty Pennington. The series is devoted to rebuilding the homes of families who are in dire need of new hope. Each time the designated family returns from their holiday to find a brand new home built for them in place of their previous one, the family will be overwhelmed with thanksgiving, joy and tears. This scene never fails to bring tears in my eyes as I share the family's outpouring of joy and gratitude. It's really a wonderful show, and now that the series is over, I really miss watching it. I have a heart for people, and this show really tucks at my heartstrings.

Last night I was watching a film called The Notebook and both my daughter and I were in tears at the end, but the one that does it everytime is The Green Mile. In fact most films affect me in someway and can bring a tear to my eye, Armaggeddon, Michael, Save The Last Dance, and City of Angels, being just a few I can think of. Ellie :D

There are so many movies that I have cried at that I couldn't begin to list them and can't think of many without taking a lot of time.......BUT one comes to mind that causes me to really boohoo and that is "Pay it Forward". The first time I saw it was when we showed it to a group of kids of school and I didn't get to really watch it that well for dealing with some kids that were in and out the door, but it still made my eyes water and I felt I had to control the tears since I was as work. Since then I have seen the movie several times and have cried every time I have watched it. Another that comes to mind is Ghost. The scene with Demi Moore when she has the tear going down her face........but even other parts of that movie get to me. Beaches is another, that you mentioned and an old one called Brian's Song. I can't think of any recent ones that really got to me but I don't go to the movies that often.

There have been so many films that have made me cry that I am not sure I can even remember them all, I dont watch sad films now because of it! Ok Bambi, Dumbo, Titanic, a film called Andre that was a true film about a sealion, One of the shrek films, and I know there are loads more but I am having trouble recalling them all now. Basically though most films make me cry.

To name a few, The Notebook, Titanic, Hotel Rwanda, Schindlers List, Blood Diamond, The Passion of the Christ, any of those Halmark movies and so so so many more! I'm a sucker for tear jerkers. I cry on some and my husband is like WHY?!!!
