Does anybody know whats going on with david hernandez from American Idol?

They had to have known that he was a stripper when he filled out the quesionnaire to get on the show and I'm sure they do some background checks. I've been reading reviews and most people don't care because they love his voice!

Why should it be an issue? I mean, even if it is true, he was just making a living. That was then, now, what he wants is to pursue his career in singing, if he's good at it then let him be.

I don't know, I think they should let him star. many singers and actresses were stirppers before. they became.. famous. So I think they should let him sing.. the show must go on!

I do not care if he stays but I remember a few years ago they kicked off the contestant Frenchie because she modeled for a lingerie magazine I am not sure if they knew about Frenchie from the start or if they found out after she made the cut. I just hope that American Idol is not having double standards.
