talking in your sleep??

i heard some people talk while they are asleep,i never believed this is possible until i had a first hand experience.a friend"s son talks in his sleep regularly and sometimes he smiles in his sleep.,if you wake him up and ask what was wrong he is totally unconscious of the fact that h e is talking in his sleep.waht could have caused this?

how did you realise that you were talking in your sleep ?did omeone around happen to wake you up?and can you remember what you were talking about?

Well I think I was calling someone in my dream and I actually put my hand up and said something. Since I am a light sleeper I realised what I was doing and woke up lol
My brothers talk in their sleep often though... and they never remember a thing!

I never believed it either until the other day. I heard someone talking and it was only my daughter and I at home. I was up working and she was in bed. I went in her room and she was talking in her sleep to our little hamster. I think they just are dreaming of things that happened in their life or day and they talk about it in their sleep like it is just now happening.

i got to hear from someone that we tend to say thingds we did not finish earlier in the day in our sleep especially little kids so i feel we should not be bothered too much about it but we should be careful to listen to what they say in such instance it could give an answer to some questions we have

My friend was talking in her sleep the other day. I thought she was talking to me so I turned over and she put her hand on my forehead without waking up. lol. So i had to wake her up.
