IM talk...what do these letter mean?

Ok..I am so lost. I don't IM, but I get these letter in every day email now. The worst part is, I can't monitor my kids if I don't know what these mean. I know that LOL means lot of laugh ROTL means rolling on the floor laughing... I would like to know what the rest of them mean! PLEASE HELP ME!

IM means Instant Message no worries, we all had to figure this stuff out sooner or later!

I only know a few of them myself. ROFL = roll on floor laughing POS = parent over shoulder--- which is a big one LOL = laugh out loud KMA = kizz my a$$ Those are just a few I can think of off of the top of my head.

normally this abbreviation linked to the messanger status means instant messanger..so the prgram where you can talk to other users with messages and they are read instantly!!for example msn messanger,icq are IM.:)
