Yes, you can download from Youtube or Meta cafe. I've done that many times. There are few videos on aerobic exercises in Youtube and worth downloading. Give it a try. Good luck

Hi gold,
Thanks for the info. Yes there are some videos but they are only for a maximum time of 10 mins. Iam looking for a decent size video like say for atleast 45 mins or so.
U know any site where i can dload of videos of that size?

Yes you can download videos from youtube.What you need is a youtube video downloader.There are various kinds available on the internet both free and paid but the best free youtube video downloader that I have used uptil now is Ultraget Video Downloader .You can download it from www.download.com or www.ultraget.com ( for latest version ) .Its free so no need to spend money to pay for aerobics videos ;)

Thanks for responding. Thanks for the link. It was very helpful. I downloaded the ultra get and now i can dload clips from you tube.
But there is a problem .. i want a video for beginners to start aerobic and i find clips in you tube maximum of 2-10 mins.
So do u know how to get videos of around 1 hours or so .. so that i can make a good video.

I don't think you can find videos that are of duration upto 1 hour.The most I have noticed on youtube is upto 10 minutes only.So you might not get what you are looking for on youtube.
I suggest that you download from torrent sites like www.mininova.com and www.monova.org.Search for the videos there and download it by means of a torrent downloader.You can get a torrent downloader / client for free from www.bitlord.com . Good luck
