for me, i see the stock market right now as very attractive because you can buy almost anything for a bargain. i mean bargain.. who would not want to buy bargain in a rare time like this because of the credit crisis created by the housing crisis. when people see a down market, i see an opportunity to get in and catch the big jump of stocks. i tell you that i am not sure that the stock market will bounce back immediately but i can assure in the long run, i hope it will. smile. if your still afraid of investing stocks then i would just put your money in a savings account which is no good because of low interest rate, lower than the inflation rate so you are not really gaining money, you are loosing money.

Honestly, I have yet to invest any money in stock due to the fact that it never seems as though I have enough to do so otherwise I most certainly would. Especially after a previous discussion that you posted, and by the way, thank you for the information you provided. Very helpful. You seem extremely well informed on money and the stock market. Maybe you should work on Wall Street. :-) Anyway, I do agree that it would help people out as long as they did their research. Don't just jump on the first thing you see. That's where people make their mistake. They don't research enough first. Then when they end up getting burned and losing money they are willing to give up. I think most of this is due to the fact that, yes, they are afraid. It's too bad that they don't just take the time to look into what it is that they are investing in. Perhaps if you know more about the product and it's popularity, perhaps if one were to take the time to educate themselves about the stock market it would be less likely to make a mistake and easier to profit. Once again, thank you for the wonderful post. I'm quite interested in these discussions. I find them extremely useful and very helpful. Thumbs up to you!

Hey thanks. I would hope I can too. I like to learn about as much as possible so that I can help others as well. That's where half of my knowledge comes from. Getting into discussions and educating myself on the topic. And I think you're smarter than you give yourself credit for. Have a wonderful night.

Its not exactly fear! Call it lack of knowledge if you will or call it lack to time to keep track of all the market trends. Instead of purchasing shares directly, I prefer mutual funds or unit-linked life insurance. Its easier and safer.

Even in my opinion investing in share market really excited but nowadays share market does in stage of investing because we cannot determine what is actual level it will be stop. At this stage In major countries share market is down.. Rather than we loose money, just invest in saving, we will get some small profits but We get def int profit..
