Picking a "best discussion" feature.

I think it would be neat to have a "best discussion" feature. Sort of like best response, but people can select one "best discussion" a day & a tab thing on the main mylot page can appear with a list of "best discussions" or basically the best-rated discussions(clicked most for best discussion) would pop up on the list. I hope this makes sense? What do you guys think think this is a good idea?
