What is the worst flavor of potato chips that you have ever tasted?

Mine would have to be Walkers lamb & mint potato chips (or crisps) from the U.K. A close second would have to be ham & mustard, also from Walkers.

I'd also say salt and vinegar chips would be the worst I've ever had. Years ago my friend had them at his house, and I tried one and hated it. Just thinking about it right now puts a grimace on my face.

The sourness of the vinegar can really make the lips pucker. Eating S&V chips is an exercise for the facial muscles. But, if you don't like them, I guess that you are really only exercising your gag reflex.

I am always surprised at the amount of people who comment that the don't like S&V chips. While Salt & Vinegar isn't one of my favorites, I don't find them horrible. If you eat too many Salt & Vinegar chips at one time, you risk making your tongue raw. Also, some people really don't like the smell of S&V flavored chips.

That is too bad. I would hate to have to do without my favorite snack, the potato chip. When your health is at stake, you have to do what's best for your body. Stay well.

Dill & Garlic. Normally I like both of those flavorings in cooking or when canning but together on a chip, it was pretty bad. It was extremely strong in flavor and really made you pucker up when you started chewing them. The ketchup ones weren't as bad as I expected but the flavor of them is pretty intense. Salt & Vinegar aren't bad, they are one of the only flavors no one else in the house will eat so it is a safe bet that if I buy a bag, if I go to reach for them a week later, they will still be there.

Kettle Chips definately have their own texture and flavor. I don't mind kettle chips and I enjoy a bag every now and again. I have tasted kettle chips in many different flavors. My favorites are Jalapeno, Cheese & Onion, Chilli and Salsa. I don't like Lime & Pepper or Honey Mustard all that much though.

The worse potato chip I have ever tasted is the Dill Pickle Flavor. For some reason that should not be a potato chip flavor. Im sure some people like them, but definately not for me.

LOL. Dill Pickle is one of my favorite flavors. To each his own. It really is funny how different people have different tastes. I know that some people like chocolate on everything. i don't know how or why anyone would want to eat chocolate potato chips? Perhaps that is just me.

Oh my goodness, those sound nasty! My worst kind that I tried was Pepper, I can't remember who made them, but pepper, just shouldn't be a chip flavour, I'm with you, love Dill Pickle.

Oh yeah, just reading or writing about Dill Pickle chips makes my mouth water. LOL I have tried Sea Salt and Black Pepper chips, but never just Pepper chips. The SS&BP chips were good, but I find that not all brands produce a similar tasting flavor. Especially when it comes to Ketchup chips.
