Hi Tehgamer, from your username i know already you are lokking for laptop that suitable to paly games and do work. Then i just kidding about you username. I you are looking laptop from brand then i suggest you use Asus brand that is the best laptop you can use. Then ofcouser it is so expensive but suitable to do most of work and game also. Option that for economy but suitable for most people. Dont look for brand, choose laptop that have all this item, webcame, hardisk 160Gb above, AMD turionX2 processor also can be use cheap but best performence for student but dual core also good. RAM 1GB DDRII and above if you don't want to complaint other day. Have good sound speaker to enjoy music. Other this you need to look is weight, and the size, for collage find something that small and you comfortable to use. This is my nice tips that you can use for guide to find and buy new laptop. Hope it will help you.

I just choose laptop with their brand is not so famous but nice to use. I like to use webcame and burn cd or dvd so i just choose something that can burn and have webcame. DDRII that is RAM, long time ago when i know about computer. People use ram called SDRAM, DDR then DDR II. That is for your computer speed also. DDR has 400Mhz this is for their frequency speed. Then DDRII have 2 type Mhz i thing, 533Mhz and 677Mhz and above i forget already. DDRII with 667Mhz is more fast. But if you are using just for to do work like typing then 1gb ram also enough.

I got a New Gateway M-Series Laptop a few days ago. Bestbuy had the Toshiba Laptop for 449.00 but I went for the bigger hard drive so I paid 500.00 and 533.00 with tax for my Gateway. I thought that was a good deal. you might have to add another gig of ram to make it 2 gigs so it can be faster. It has Vista Home Premium and a Intel Pentium Dual CPU.

See all the computers and laptops are gud .. but it depends on the buyer to identify for what purpose he is buying it .. if u wann to play pc games u shuld goo for the best in the market for gaming ones .. laptops are made on the bases of its use .. not a general one

If you already had a desktop, then I would strongly recommend you a tablet PC, especially from HP(only if you are ready put the deep hole in your pocket)..

Currently i own Lenovo, centrino duo processor; 512RAM but enough for working around and sometimes playing games. If you really want a good laptop, but SONY VAIO but more expensive but i'm sure you get the best performance.

Really? My uncle has a Sony VAIO and it doesn't work that well lol... It freezes up sometimes when I run games on it like FIFA '06... Lol... Guess laptops not really made to run that type of high quality games?

I would suggest any Toshiba brand. I have one right now and it has lasted me almost 5 years. They are very well made computers. I bought a Toshiba laptop and I think the only thing that is wrong with it now is the battery. I guess the batteries don't last forever. It still works without it though.

It all depends on the configuration u want. visit the websites of HP(hp dot com) as they have some nice models out there.also check the sites of other brands too and select the model and go for that.
