How can you get referrals ?

I have been working online for several days .I am doing "paid to click"and"paid to sign up".I don't have any referrals,so the money is little.I have started my blog ,I want to introduce my online earning no it ,do you think its possible? How do you get referrals? Thanks a lot!

Go across to my website (link on my mylot homepage). I have a referral exchange forum. I have just started it. The aim is that you can post referral swaps on the forum.

Ohh...referals i don't have any referals yet. So i am also in a hurry to solve this mystery out there that how do i get more and more referrals.

There is a new auction type referral exchange I have just discovered that has gotten me quick and responsive results.
