What should India do for its national game?

In view of the dismal performance & shameful exit of our national team from olympic qualifier what do you think should India do to gain its lost pride?

Just stop doing politics in Games. Encourage the real talent without doing the lobby of state and region. These are steps that Indian Selectors should be prioratised.
