Do you prefer to wear a half apron? or a bibbed apron? or perhaps a cobbler's apron? I have several styles of aprons but find myself usually grabbing the snap front smocks - they offer almost complete upper body coverage - plus have two ample pockets to shove things in. my reat grandmother wore aprons that were like a smock but covered most of her dress - she also wore belted aprons that were just as long, but the bib top buttoned onto her dresses. I loved Grannies aprons. ----

i prefer to let the apron cover allparts of my body, because i am fraind of the oil, especially when the sound is loud.so every time when my mother sees my preparation, she always says, you are too careful to yourself!

I agree, clothing is too expensive to risk losing to a splash of grease from the cooking pan!

Hi there... I have a bibbed apron and I only ever use this apron if Im going to make bread, cakes or dealing with flour, as breading making and baking can be really messy on clothes, something we can all do without... Have a great day...

When I do my craft sales I use a cobblers apron with pockets to put tons of stuff in. At home if I use an apron I like the bibbed kind.

I prefer to wear aprons that are made like a smock. I want an apron that can cover up my entire front side. This is much better for me because I can keep my clothing from getting messy.
