Do you think Life 100 years ago was more enjoyable than today?

no. i dont think so. i think life then was kinda boring, when it comes to technology. but i think living back then for hopeless romantics like us would be more sweeter. men before are more chivalrous than now. men now are either cheaters, or polygamous. haha not that i hate men of today. there are still loyal and faithful partners out there.

I think most of us would like to dream that it was. I catch my self thinking it was more simple, friendlier people, more romantic, but then I get to thinking about it realistically. I would have to cook every single meal. No microwave, no fast food, no quick to fix meals. I would have to cook all three meals a day. Most of the modern things I love had not been invented yet. I would have hated the clothes. I bet there was as much if not more crime. I read a book once about a woman and man who got sent back in time. It was so funny because she didn't know how to cook on an open fire and had no fridge. I wish I could remember the name of it. I had always wanted to travel back in time to the romantic and slower way of life until I read that book and made me realize just how hard it would have been. If you were born into that time it might have been okay but to go back after having it pretty easy with all our niceties, No I think I will pass.

I think so. At that time there was no computer and internet. And I wondered whether TV was already available. And therefore people would have a routine lifestyle. And they would have more time to be with their families and friends. The communication was better than today. And the life wouldn't be so busy as today.

i don't think its enjoyable,people are so conservative then, women are second class in society. as a female, i can't enjoy life during those time, maybe if live during 1908, i can't go to college or worst to high school, no i can't imagine myself not studying. yes life is simple then, but i think its boring and a lot of limitations.
