How Many times a day do you brush your teeth?

When I was a child, I was told I had to brush them 3 times a day, in other words, after every meal. I always thought that would be a little difficult unless you carried around a toothbrush. I brush mine in the moring and at night before I go to bed, that's it. How many times a day do you brush your pearly whites?

I brush thrice a day. As many would say, that is the most recommended thing to do in brushing and cleaning your teeth, and gums. I also have a toothbrush in my office for me to brush my teeth anytime I wanted to. It is very important so as to maintain one's good hygiene.

I usually only brush my teeth in the mornings before my shower. When I do the whitening process, I will brush them a second time. And if I'm going out for an evening, I will brush my teeth before getting ready.

I do it once. I know that's bad. But it's what I do. My denist is not happy. But I still have no cavities ever, so something must be going right.
