Fragrance Samples in Magazines

I subscribe to a few magazines. They are all filled with scented fragrance ads. I am very sensitive to strong perfumes, and I can't read the magazine because the scents are so strong. I enjoy the magazines, and don't want to unsubscribe, but I may have to because of this. I just received Glamour today, and could not finish reading it because of the fragrance samples. Is there any way I can receive the magazine without these scented pages? Please help.

I am not sure if there is an option to remove the sample perfumes, maybe what you can do is write them and let them know how you feel about sample perfumes. Maybe they will repackage their magazine and not have the sample perfumes on the pages.

Hi I have a friend whois a reference librarian and she was very allergic to strong perfumes and when she handled the new magazines she would start wheezing and really get sick. One of the other staff had to take all the samples out of the magazines so she would not have to smell that. I mean she really got sick from it.

I'm not that bad, but the smell still bothers me. I'm glad she had someone to take the samples out for her.
