Have you ever made up a story to cover for the real story which you were too embarrassed to let anyone know about? I remember seeing an episode on tv once where a 4 hundred pound women was willing to go to jail for murdering her husband rather than let people know what really happened. She rolled over in bed while sleeping and suffocated him. It was a freak accident but she was just too embarrassed to tell the truth. Once I said I quit a job when in fact I was fired, I once said, my friend has this problem (boyfriend problem he was cheating on me )when it was me, please give examples with your answer

I think when we were children that at one time or another we all might have done this but there is one that I did tell when I was young that I will never forget. My daddy, brother and I went for a campout/fishing weekend. I did not like fishing then, was too young to know the enjoyment of sitting on the bank and loving the outdoors. I ask my daddy if I could use his knife so I could wittle on a piece of stick that I found. He said yes, he opened it up and told me to be careful and I better not cut myself. You guessed it, I cut my leg just above my knee with it and I was so scared, I walked away from where he was fishing and then I turned around and went back to him and I was crying and told him I fell down and cut my leg. It was not bad enough for stitches but it did leave a scar. My daddy was not mad at me just glad it was not worse and he then give me the speech about running with a knife. It was so many years later, I was married and had my kids before he knew the truth. I sure thought I had told him before then but I hadn't. Mine is not as bad as cheating on someone or anything like that but I sure felt bad about covering up the truth to my dad.

Besides saying the dog done it or it wasn't me Well I will have to admit my husband gets angry at me when I tell him I spent all the money and only come home with 3/4 of the stuff I was supposed to. I blame the prices which is true alot of the times, but I always buy my mom some groceries every time I go to the store for my little sister(my mom is who takes me to the store.)I get food for them every month. It does cut into our budget about $20-$30 dollars. He knows I get a few things he says he doesn't care about a bag of chips, a box of cereal or some noodles but he doesn't know how much I truly spend or he would blow his top. . I have done more loads of laundry for my mom then he knows about he thinks it is only 2 loads but it is usually 3-4. I don't tell him how long I have been on the computer, if I am on when he comes home(if he works) I will say I have only been on a few minutes so he won't get mad. I am four hundred pounds and my hubby is slim wears size 32x32 mens and when I roll over I cannot rollover him. But I guess everyone is different and it was an unfortunate thing to happen and I am glad I can't rollover on him and smother him because as much as he gets on my last nerve sometimes I don't know what I do without him.
