Is this all there is in the flat belly diet? I have never heard of it. I could certainly manage the foods you mention. Which one of those m I supposed to eat for breakfast?

The news showed the avocado. I am eating fruit, as avocado doesn't taste good to me. Also I didn't mention in my first post, but exercise at least 10 minutes a day. I have lost a pound this week. I had to make modifications, as I can't eat nuts, so I inserted Cheerios. I lost 1 pound and we all know I'm not doing this without an extra snack. The snack was cereal, so I have managed to stop eating cookies and donuts. Thanks for the reply.

hello fishmomma!I haven't tried the flat belly diet.I don't eat four to 5 meals a day but I don't mind trying and I do eat breakfast everyday cos I have major gastric.Healthy oils can also be found in fish (Omega 3).Nuts are good but my least favourite. If I can't have chocolate,I won't have chocolate at all.Pizza's good if the toppings are healthy, this I don't mind too.I love olives and avocados!I'm sure the diet will help with losing weight! Thanks fishmomma!

I have been eating 5 meals, but don't use oil in any of my dishes. I'll have to learn more about oils. My daughter thinks dark chocolate is great, so she thought that one sounded fine. We can't eat nuts due to allergies, so we are avoiding that one. Exercise is part of the plan and we are working out every week. Thanks for the reply.

I don't think there is a lot anyone can do about the belly flab. I have tried for a long time to get rid of it and nothing seems to work. The points brought out here are good ones. Eating breakfast I wouldn't think of skipping it. To me that is one of the most important meals of the day. I do believe that along with this exercise would need to be included. It might be something I will start and see what happens. Only time will tell. Thanks for the great discussion. It was informative.

Exercise is part of this plan. I wanted to find out what others thought of the food choices. The plan has exercise every day at least 10 minutes. Thanks for the reply.

The idea is to keep your metabolism up by eating 5 small meals a day. A can of mixed nuts are a good snack when your hungry, yea it has fat in it, but its the good kind. as far as eating healthy pizza I did not know there was such a thing. And yea chocolate is okay in moderation. Exercise is good, burn more calories then you take in to loose weight. I might also suggest cutting down on the sugars and carbs, eat more protein too. Different diets work for different people so just gotta keep trying different ones unti you find one that works. To the people that say they cannot lose weight. I don't believe that's entirely true. What you mean to say is that you are not willing to put forth the effort required to loose weight, or that the effort required to loose weight is too great for you. You have to want it to acheive it and sometimes its a hard fight, but will be worth it in the end.
