how do you prefer your toast / myLot

thick or thin,with butter or margarine,sweet or savory.i love thick toast with heaps of butter.depending on my moods i will have jam,somedays cheese.i love bakers delight bread.do you have any favourite breads and what do you have with your toast.

I love rye toast with a little bit of butter and strawberry jelly! I don't like it too dark...i also love garlic toast with spaghetti - thick bread and butter and garlic :)

hi vera.i have never heard of garlic toast,but it sounds devine,i will have to search for some in the special bakehouses that are popping up all over the place.i also like the rye bread occassionally as well.thanks for sharing cheer sue

I make it by toasting bread in the toaster & then buttering it up & sprinkling garlic powder on it :) (be careful not to go overboard with the garlic though!) pretty tasty w/dinner :) Alternatively you can take thick slices of bread & then spread w/melted butter and garlic & then put in the oven...that is more time consuming but just as good :) those everything bagels with butter are really good toasted too - they have onion, sesame, garlic, etc.

I usually just have regular wheat bread with butter, peanut butter or peanut butter and jelly. I've just recently made two loaves of homemade bread (no bread machine!) and it made most wonderful toast. I have to pick up more yeast so I can make it more often. I also like cheese toast, and that sounds good right about now!

I like butter on my toast, real butter and I like a nice multi grain bread with seeds and whole grains. I just was on a discussion about cinnamon toast - love cinnamon toast too. I'm going to have to get some good bread today because I think this is going to be a toast snack night!

I like to have butter on my toast. I like butter very much and I don't have to be worried to gain more weight for myself.

i love butter also,but unfortunately for me it goes straight to my hips,but i have to have it,as i can not stand dry toast.sometimes when i am trying to be good i will try and skip the butter,but its hard.cheers sue

I prefer my toast thin with butter, I also like toast sometimes with butter and a bit of strawberry or grape jam.

i have to have my toast thick as i can never seem to toast thin bread right,mine always turns out like cardboard,i guess i have my toaster on too high.lol..i love the jams .probably a bit too much.cheer sue

Wow, this post sure made me hungry!

I love toasts, I put almost anything in it as long as it is still hot!

I like putting butter or margarine, sometimes fried egg with lettuce and tomato on the side and also some left-overs!

I love my toast with peanut butter. I also like it with butter, garlic butter or quick melt cheese. Hmmmmm...so yummy!

love the peanut butter,and i almost forgot the grilled cheese.yummy,especially on those chilly days.i have never tried the garlic butter,sounds great i will have to get some.cheers sue
