My first name was popular the year I was born, but my middle name is my Grandmother's name. Are you named after anyone in your family?

Awesome! I don't think I've ever met anyone that was named after an actress before. Carrying one of your mom's friends' names means that that friend was very special to her and I don't think there is any greater honor to bestow on a friend than to name your baby after them. Thanks for responding!

My first name, Kody, was chosen becuase my parents didn't know if I was a boy or a girl. Growing up with a "boys" name wasn't easy, but now I think it is unique! My middle name, Lea, is a family name. My Grandmother and my Aunt both have it as their middle names. I hope I can pass it on too!

Your name is very unique and I love the name Kody! Your middle name is very pretty too and it's nice that both your Grandmother and your Aunt have it as well. I hope you do pass it on. It would be nice to have the name in future generations of your family to commemorate them. Thanks for responding!

I think it's wonderful when names get carried down to our children. One of my son's middle names is after my Dad and the other's middle name is after his Dad. Thanks for your response!

Nothing wrong with your parents choosing a name of their liking. Sometimes there are already too many that have family names and our parents decide to choose one of their own. Thanks for responding!
