Hello dear julyteen. It is the same with me to either take a shower before going to bed at night or after getting up in the morning. I love to take showers, which makes me very comfortable. An evening shower enables me to sleep better while a morning shower makes me more refreshed and wide awake. Sometimes I have two showers in Spring and Autumn, but more in the hot summer to feel cool. Winter shower makes me feel warm. I think that taking a shower is good to our health and I love it.

Right now it is hot summer and the temperature is always very high in my place. So every day I have to take quite a few showers to feel good and cool because of the sweat. Thank you very much for the best response, julyteen. Stay cool in the hot summer.

July, the thought that taking a bath and using the computer could relate to blindness has never occurred to me. Where did you hear it? Was it a reputable source? I tend to not believe it. I wonder what other mylotters have to say about this.

Many say the taking a bath in the morning especially at dawn is the perfect time. It's healthy that time as they say. I'm not that sure but it seems true. We just have to avoid taking a bath at night since it's not good to the health.

I have never heard of such a thing. I bathe (shower) after I work out which is five times a week and give my body a rest from all the scrubbing twice a week. I don't know of any coorolation of computer/bath/bad eyes. Thanks Zelo

I always take a bath in the morning and at night... but i see to it that i take a rest first before doing it... especially at night... it is not good to plunge in the water immediately when the body is very tired... There is certainly a possibility that washing very tired eyes... may lead to not exactly blindness... but it can weaken the eyes... so i suggest that you rest your eyes first... this is what i always do... since i am infront of the computer all day too...

I dont have a favorite time of day. Sometimes i will hop in the bathtub at 3:00 in the afternoon just for the heck of it! I like baths to relax. so depending on what going on, I may just grab a book and get in the tub, and go into my own little world. I have never heard that getting on the computer after taking a bath would damage your eyes. or vice versa. Thats a new one on me, and I dont know if I believe it.
