do you have plan with your career?

Every day we go to work,day by day,it seem we can't stop it .But i think we should do some thing to let us have time to do the thing that we are interesting.That is i think i should have a plan that some day i won't work for others, i am will be the boss,i am work for myself.
I try to write down my aim,i think it will help me to make my dream to be true.
How about you? Just try to write down what you want about your job,and some years later come back to look,may be you can see some change:)

me too,i want to have my own business,at home, but i dont have enough capital, i need to work to help my husband for our everyday consumables and of course to prepare for the future of our children. there are times i wish that i won on the lottery so that i can put up a business of my own, therefore the future of my children will never become a problem, if i have a lot of money, i can send my children on the school where they want to. but i know its just a dream, for the meantime i have to workhard.

Wow that is impressing. Maybe I could do it as well, later I will try to write somethings that I aim for and then keep it. That's a good start huh. You know I have a lot of plan in my career. Of course this is to become financially stable in the future. And to become fulfilled career wise. I want to look back seeing positive changes in my career. Thanks for the tip. =)
