what do you do most in praying?

Hi there. I think that in my Prayers I Ask and Thank more than I do anything. I don't really know since I don't record them or write them out.

every time i pray i thank the god about what he gave me and ask forgiveness about my big mistakes and ask him for more help in life and a succees in life and sometimes it be only for forgiveness

I start out my prayes by thanking him for all he has done for me and my family. I believe you need to thank him first and then ask him to help you with your problems. Praying is a way to talk to god so I do it 2 or 3 times a day.

I always thank God for the blessings and guidance me and my family received. I entrust to Him all my worries. I ask Him to give me all the help I need, and the wisdom to manage well all the resources and abilities I have, and the humility to treat others the same way I want to be treated.

Mostly, asking for forgiveness for my sins, asking for something for the people I love and thanking God for all the prayers granted.

When praying, I praise Him first for the glory of His name. Then saying my gratitude for the blessings, for another day, for the guidance, for making me and my loveones safe. Afterwards, i repent. I ask forgiveness for the wrong things I had said, acted and thought. Lastly, I ask guidance from Him for myself and loveones as I continue my journey in life.

I seek HIS grace and thank him for all his bountiful gifts to me. While I was reading through your question I felt I do not praise Him as such, though I keep periodically remarking about the marvel of creation. It never ceases to amaze me. Every little aspect of creation-I feel I am a speck inthe Universe and can only gape with wonder at this Creation.

im the type of person who always talk to GOD. every minute, every hour, depends on my mood. even though i know its not right, i often asked him questions specially if something sad happen. although, i praise him and thank him every now & then. so what i consider praying is my communication with him at night before going to sleep & in the morning as I wake up. My praying at those times includes almost everything, i thank HIM, i praise him, i ask for forgiveness and i also ask for something especially the safety of my family. i think almost everybody, do this kind of praying... and i hope it works for them also...
