how old were you when you got married?

Hey, am 25 getting married in April. Since I was young, i used to say that i will get married by age 25. I forgot about it when I grew up. I noticed recently that am getting married at the age i promised myself. What about you?

My parents were 23/24 when they got married in 1985 and they have now been happily married for 23 years. Now me on the other hand, I am only 20 and a hardcore believer in waiting until your at least out of your teenage years, finished the education/training you want to get besides highschool and have had your time to enjoy being a single adult, living life and finding yourself before you take that next step, which I consider very sacred and not a "spur of the moment" thing, and to not have one damn regret, what if or rememberance of the good old days that are long gone. I am dating the man I hope to marry, and we are in no rush at all, but in a few years you bet I'll be ready to put on that dress and walk down the aisle:]

i should be so lucky!! i haven't met the right one yet. he has to be rich, because if i get married i want it to be expensive!!!, not because i am shallow or greedy, but because i don't really believe in society's idea of marriage. if i were to get married out of love then i will do it before God, not before the Government, there's no need to sign papers unless you're marrying for legal reasons as well as love.

I was 21 just 3 weeks away from my 22nd birthday when i first got married. Now at the age of 35 am hoping to get married again in the next few years.

My hubby and i just got married at the end of last year and we were both 19!

i was 30 years age old when i got married.I think 28 years of age is the correct age for male and 23 to 25 is the right age for female.

I was 3 and 4 years (34) young, when got married.

I was 28 years old when i got married... quit a late age for some... but i think that is the perfect age to get married since i was already able to enjoy what being single is all about... other than that... i had a good job and was ready to start my own family...
