Do you like Shamrock Shakes? What's your favorite milkshake?

St. Patty's Day is this Monday, so if you're a Shamrock Shake fan you've got to get McDonalds before then!
For anyone unfamiliar with a shamrock shake, it is a green milkshake...It's hard to explain what it tastes like, kind of reminds me of eggnog but minty sort of.
I'm nonestly not a Shamrock Shake fan, though I often feel compelled to get one while they're around because it's only a limited time thing. McDonald's kills me with this stuff, they do it for a ton of things in my area - like one week they have mcribs, the next time you visit they don't!
I think I like their chocolate milkshakes the best.
Chick-fil-a has a darn good strawberry milkshake, I'd have to say that is my all-time favorite fast-food milk shake!
So do you like milkshakes? How about Shamrock shakes? What's your favorite milkshake?

Well, I'd love to try a Shamrock shake just for the heck of it, but there is not a McDonalds around here that is serving them. There are a lot of McDonalds around here, so I'm thinking our state just doesn't run that promotion. Too bad, I would have fun freaking people out with that.

no shamrock shake! my goodness, i can't believe it...i guess it is because each McDonald's is franchised by individual owners...too bad!

well, I do not know if I am a shamrock shake fan or not! I do not believe I have ever had one before.
I might just try one tomorrow for lunch. If I do I will let you know my thoughts on the matter...but saying it tastes like egg nog may just dissuade me from trying, lol, I do not like eggnog. I reckon I could always pass it off to my husband if I do not like it. he is not quite as fussy as me.
Do you like Steak and Shake shakes? They are really good, expensive but good. No Steak and Shake near enough to us to go out and get one when the urge hits though.

I have never been to a steak and shake, I'm not sure if there are any around us or not, but I will always try anything once...i will have to keep that in mind next time we travel :) you'll have to let me know if you try the shamrock shake and like it!
