Egg donation for infertile women,would you do it?

How would you feel about donating your eggs to help an infertile friend become pregnant?I have a genetic disorder called turner syndrome that unfortunately means i cannot get pregnant without a donar embryo and have considered in vitro as one of my options.Anybody ever been through this as a donar or recipient?your thoughts?

I am sorry for your burden. I do not believe I could donate an ovum as I could not tolerate a child of my flesh being brought up without me.... I think it is all very complicated and to me there are moral implications to consider as well.

Where do you live?in america egg donation is pretty common these days and considering how women usually have thousands more eggs than they need donating about 4 or 6 eggs shouldnt really make much difference however,i understand some religions may not believe it is right to donate embryos.
