Does YouTube delete videos they don't like?

I know what their policy says, but I'm new to the YouTube experience. Do they pull videos that people complain alot about? Do they have a video "policer" who tries to watch everything that gets posted?

I believe that youtube deletes videos that violates posting guidelines. A lot of times, it is because of copyright issues, or inappropriate materials. I suggest that you only post videos that you made, and if that is your purpose, why not try posting your videos at vimeo.com?
