I just thought of a fun twist they can do next season :) What do you all think of this? We were talking before about how most the houseguests throughout the years are single, that seems to be what BB wants. But how about they change it up and make a season full of married couples. Unlike this season, the couples WOULD NOT be paired up but would instead play as individuals. All couples would be told by CBS that they are the only married couple in the house and if they tell ANYONE else, they will be kicked off the show. Just like Eric couldn't tell anyone he was America's Player last season, it would have to be a secret by contract. I would like the fact that it would have to be kept a secret by contract b/c that way no one would spill like Ryan and Jen did this season. Everyone would surely have a hard time staying away from thier spouse, and CBS could even make competitions which force spouses to compete against each other. I think my biggest problem with some of the BB secrets is that they aren't contracted to keep the secret so they often spill it and the secret loses it's fun! Obviously CBS could spill the secret at any time, or something like 1/2 way through the season, CBS could be like "btw, everyone in this house is married to someone else that came into this house, but it's up to each of you whether or not to tell the truth" If you like this idea, feel free to tell me :) If you don't like it, then your challenge is to come up with some other secrets that could be thrown into the game that the HGs would be contracted to keep secret?

So you want a Bachelor type ending? Ha Ha! :) "To win the $500,000, you must now propose to someone that you were in the house with. If they accept both of you get $500,000!" That would be an interesting twist to say the least!

I like this idea! I think it could be fun. I was hoping that Ryan and Jen were contracted to keep it a secret and I was surprised and disappointed when they didn't get into any trouble for revealing one of the twists. So, I agree that, like Eric and the American Player, what they don't reveal should be contracted!

Yeah I was hoping they wouldn't tell their secret either and thought it was lame when they did. It totally squashed that twist too early and I think BB was probably annoyed with it to. We'll see what twist BB gives us next year! So far, this year is not super exciting.

That sounds like a good season! Boy would the dirty laundry be flying! Plus I agree that you need some sort of contractual obligation regarding the couples. I'm tired of secret couples outing themselves so early.

I'm tired of it too. The twist of ryan and jen was so not fun the second they told. The twists from past seasons have been ruined the same way once people told. I don't know why CBS doesn't make it a contracted secret. That way CBS could control when to spill the beans.

I think it sounds like a great pitch but judging by what has happened to to past housemates in the Australian BB i reckon your plot would break a few marriages up eith on the show or some time after, I think living in that situation brings things out in people that can't be coped with, especially egos...

:-D Well I guess that would be part of the drama for the viewers! Some couples would love/trust each other 100% and would have no problems, but others may and that would probably be interesting to watch. And then what if the whole house hates a certain girl, and tries to get her husband against her, not knowing he is her husband. Or what if he starts to see what they are saying and think "yeah, she is a ****!"

I love your idea oh that would be fun to watch. But I say they dont tell america whos married either we gotta figure it out too. Although it would probly slip out who was married. Most shows like these wont use married couples due to the risk of causing a divorce but you never know at some point it may happen lol.

That would be fun too if you didn't know who was married and had to figure it out by watching. I'm sure a lot of ppl who watch after dark and read the blogs would figure it out right away. I know they don't use married couples much, if at all, but it seems unfair if you ask me! Why do only singles get the opportunity for a fun show? I wouldn't worry about divorce in my case, but I'm sure it would happen and that the show would probably have a "divorce clause" in their contract stating that they are not liable for what happens :) It would really show how many couples actually trust each other and how many don't. I'm sure a lot would come out and that's why it would be fun!

That sounds interesting. I don't like the contracted secrets though. I think it's fun to see them struggle and decide who to tell their secrets too. I don't know if the married couples would work out too well though cause i think that it could be tough to keep those secrets and stuff...but then again it would be a lot of drama and possibly break up some marriages and that's always great TelevisioN!

Well the reason I would put contracts on this season is b/c of the domino effect. One person would say "I'm married to..." then the person they tell would say "Hey I am also married to ..." then suddenly they would all figure out that everyone was married. I'd much rather everyone thinking they are the ONLY married couple in the house for as long as they can until one day CBS would spill it and make everyone go "Whatt!!!!!" :) It would be tough to keep the secrets and that's why it would be interesting. Since Everyone is married, you would hope people are not openly hitting on each other, but you never know! But even if a guy and girl were sitting casually chatting, the husband could get real jealous and it would be interesting to see how he deals with it since he can't say that is his wife.

I think that sounds like a neat idea. It sounds like it would make a good season.
