Tight pants: laying on the bed to zip them up!

Last night I took my son's family out for supper to celebrate Easter together as I will be in Lincoln with my daughters family next sunday. Well I went to put on my jeans and I had to lay on the bed to zip them up! After five minutes however they fit fine! It's just when I first put them on that they are tight! Do you find some of your jeans are tight to begin with then fit fine just a few minutes later?

i have never laid down on the bed just to zip my pants up but i do experience similar situation like that. sometimes, i would find it hard to wear and zip up newly washed jeans. they seem more tight when newly washed but after i have worn them after a few minutes, they would loosen up and fit comfortably with my legs. and i just don't understand why that happens.

I do find my jeans are tight when first putting them on but only in the waist. The legs are always too baggy since I am Miss Birdlegs. Years ago I used a pair of pliers to zip them up because I wore them even tighter than I do now. Age has a way of spreading the waist and butt to larger proportions.

I had a wonderful time...I delivered their candy jar and they just loved it....though before we left my daughter in law had already made a dent in it! She ate the cadbury tiny eggs first and found the jelly beans under them! LOL..she was very happy!

LOL giggle giggle, I haven't had to do that for years when we also used to have to sit it hot baths to make them shrink to fit and get a fork inside the zipper to pull up. Hope your enjoyed your supper. If I am ever going out to eat usually wear something loose fitting. Glad you did manage to get them on though! Ellie :D
