The things people sell

I was just looking at some of the ads here on Mylot and was a little surprised to see someone selling a pack of Cadburys Mini Eggs for the shocking price of $13.99. Now, as much as I love those eggs (I actually downed a rather large pack of them last night), I can't imagine going through the process of buying them online and then sitting by the mailbox drooling each day just waiting for my package to arrive. Why not just go to Wal-Mart and get them for 1/3 the price?

I agree although i do buy things online and sometimes sell things online I do not see why you would buy something that you can get at the store right down the road. There are a few places online that you can get good deals. But I think you are right you have to be realistic about it.

Right. I've never gone to Wal-Mart to buy something and then put it back thinking, "I'll just wait and get it on Ebay."

LOL! Not to mention if it is traveling through warm weather states and they show up partially melted! I have been a good girl so far and haven't had any Cad's this year but I know that I won't be able to resist them when they are on sale after Easter. As far as eBay goes, I have seen some very strange things for sale thee, they used to allow used panties and such but stopped that a few years ago. I am sure they are still sold there but listed in some matter as to skirt the rules.

I think that is just crazy thinking somebody might pay that amount. Chocolate is great tasting, but I'm not paying $13.99 for it. If somebody pays that amount, then I want to know who, so I can start making chocolate for them. I would enjoy earning money making chocolate.

Very true. that is expensive. I wouldn't want to wait a long time for them to arrive either. I think i would rather drive to Walmart, like you say and get them alot cheaper also.

That price is outrageous. I would never pay that much for Cadbury's Mini Eggs much as I like them when I can go to vons and get them for a fourth the price as they are all on sale. some things are priced okay online but that sure is not one of them.
