lemon has lots uses inside and outside the kitchen. generally,i don't eat lemon directly,as it's a little acetous. i prefer to squeeze lemon juice into hot water to make a cup of lemon water.it's very salubrious and savoury. what's more, rub hands with a lemon slice is helpful to remove fish and onion odors. what about you,how do you make use of lemon whether inside or outside kitchen? list your magical function of it.

Lemons has many usefull benefits in my society, its a cheap source of vit.c and other minerals, we eat them straight coz its not very acidic here, other kind of lemons are good mixture for lemon juice, increasing food flavours in many menu and else. We use it to wash our hand, even our plates, its efective agains fat and odor. We use it also to wash our hand b4 we eat, due the antiseptic ability. :)

Yup, lots of lemon here.. Lots of type, lots of use.. Lots of taste, lots of lemon eaters ha ha ha.. There is a kind of lemon (citrus family) that have less acidic taste here, its so big like a bowling balls, I often eat it straight from the tree. Its not sweet as sugar (I think no lemon are this sweet :P) but it taste good so you even dont realize its a kind of lemon.

I love soy sauce and lemon mix as a dip for fried fish and pork. hehe. I also like drinking lemonades. I also rub lemon in my hands after I eat. I love the scent of lemon, much more the taste.

We've always used this seasoning since I was young. I think it is quite common here in our place. I can say the mix is about 30% lemon to 70% soysauce. We always have soysauce at home. I mix the dip myself. There are a few products sold at stores but no one really buys them 'cause it's so easy to mix.

I never heard of mixing lemon and soy sauce, sounds like an interesting combination. I will have to try this as I am always looking for something new for dinner. Is it just lemon and soy sauce? How much lemon do you put into the soy sauce?

lemon is a really magical fruit (or vegetable) not sure what it is but it is really magical :) When I was a child I read something in a child magazine that if you write something with lemon juice on a paper it will soon be invisible. the only way to read it again is heating the paper :))

I have used lemon juice in rinse water for my face. I also found this lemon rinse water helped prevent blisters from forming on my hands after I had been raking grass for several hours. Another use I discovered for lemon juice was adding it to water that was "rusty" from its high iron content. The lemon juice cleared the rusty orange colour from the water.

I use bottled lemon juice concentrate. It is more economical as I don't use much.

I think both lemon and lime juice can help remove stains on a countertop. So, when I get a coffee stain or something else, I will use a little bit of lemon or lime juice to remove the stain.
