There is so much iron in my water at home that my blonde hair is starting to have this reddish tint. Does anybody know of any products that could help get that crap out of my hair?!?! lol I love my hair, and I want it to go back to my natural color!

What I would suggest would be a use a blue or purple colored shampoo. They tend to offset the brassy color from the iron. Most shampoos that you get to take the brassy color out are blue or purple colors. Shimmer Lights shampoo is one that is used to take the brassy color out as well. You would have to go to a beauty supply store to get this though. You could also talk to someone at a salon to see what they think would be your best choice of shampoo. You could also try and get a water softner with an iron filter, but that might be pretty expensive. Also there are toners out there for your hair. They are just semi-permanent dyes that deposits color in your hair rather than lightens it. They tend to have very little amounts of peroxide in them which means they normally wont damage your hair. Picking a toner with a blue or violet base will also help mask any brassy tone you might have. I hope this helped you.
