There's Hope for Season #3!

I've read on several different sites that it's a good possibility that if ABC decides to cancel October Road either Lifetime or CW may pick it up. http://boardreader.com/tp/October+Road.html Has anyone else heard or read anything? I read ABC may wait until May to make a decision, at the latest. All I know is if it gets canceled and nobody picks it up I'll LOSE IT!! Especially the way the season ended, they can't do that to us! I'm totally hooked on it so if it doesn't come back on I'm going to be sooooo upset! It's just such a good show with so many different good story-lines. I think it's a show you can watch with your family without feeling any embarrassment, if you know what I mean, yet it's not childish. I guess the main theme is, it's all about friendship and family which is kind of what I am. Annie

Yes, unfortunately October Road has been cancelled. I am very disappointed. I hope another network picks it up before the actors find other jobs!!!!

They at least need to keep it on one more season. I have to know whom Sam's father is, they have dragged that out long enough!

I know this is an old discussion, but I wasn't sure if fans of the show knew...When they released Season 2 of October Road, they included a 15 minute "episode" of a wedding and scenes that tied up loose ends.

Oh no!! I used read that Lifetime decided not to pick it up...and with it's 1.8 rating on its season finale...it's not looking good. I really hope it comes back though! I can't paste the article, but it's at hollywoodreporter.com.

I do hope someone else picks up the show. I just heard that it did indeed get canceled. I am very sad about that, I think this was a really great show, that fell victim to the writers strike.
