Let's be possitive here! What are things you like about winter? Example: The ground covered in white splendor hiding all the dirt and mud, the twinkling of the ice crystals on the trees when the warm sun hits it. The crispness from the air with that little bite that reminds us of childhood as we spent a lot of our days enjoying activities in the snow. Take a little time to go back to your childhood memories and become a bit naustalgic.

Well here in Florida, we dont get any white splendor, but we do get less humidity and heat. From October until April is lovely here in Florida.

I have never been to Florida, but I can imagine it is lovely from all I have heard. The blossoms must be gorgeous on the orange and grapefruit trees. Much like ours will be on the apple trees soon. I don't do well in humidity, so sound like I would enjoy that time there. Thanks

the snow is the most beautiful things in winter. And the sun, the flower, and the tree etc. If we love life, all the season is beautiful.

Thanks, all the seasons are beautiful, one flows into the other. I saw crockase coming up where the snow had melted away yesterday. I was amazed because we have been covered with ice for weeks.

Sorry it is so gloomy today. I like to remember the nice days. We are about to mud season, and I don't like that. Just wish we could skip that. But------better days are coming!

I miss winter. I used to live in Pennsylvania and love getting a foot of snow every few weeks. I moved not too long ago and I only moved about 2.5 hours south of where I used to live and it is so much warmer here. While back in PA they are still digging out of the nice white stuff I am here in Baltimore and it is like 60* and rain. I really like the snow, and I think that in the future I may have to look at moving back a little further north.

We have had a lot of rain here this winter, but the last storm finalized with these huge snowflakes that stuck all over the ice. It was gorgeou. The house roofs looked like a painting with little puff all over. I could feel the spring crispness in the air. I had that childlike feeling. Thanks for the post.
