how can i download microsoft windows 2000 easily and free? presently i have windows 98. i have ram 256 mb

Its not available for download my friend. You have to buy it. It will cost you around $100 to get it , unless you dont have something specific to do with windows 2000 i would advise you to get windows xp..that would be around $130 and with that amount of RAM xp and 2k both should do fine

In order to do so your windows must be a lincense copy then you can easily download it free from microsoft products page.
