Do you have problem with Paypal?

Today I received USD0.25 from one of review site through my paypal. Can you believe it that Paypal took USD0.25 for fees, so it means I received zero buck. What the problem here? No idea ! I just sent them email to ask about the fees that they took (not only this one, many times before that). However, this time is so funny that I receive the money just enough to pay the fees. Do you have any problems with Paypal like this?

Basically what the problem is is that you don't have the most basic account anymore. You must be like me and have now had to upgrade and with the upgrade come fees. Once you receive a certain amount you have to upgrade the account to a higher usage. It is a total pain and I am considering setting up a new paypal with another email address to avoid these fees. I received £185 the other day and had to pay £6.50 to paypal. This was not something I took into account and it was a phone I was selling for my friend so I ended up giving him the £185 total because I didn't want to have to go into the fact that fees had been taken. We should take a stand on this together. Do you know they charge you 25 for withdrawing as well.

Yeah I went and had a look around and there is no way to downgrade. I do know that once I went and reached my receiving and sending limits and had to upgrade which was free but obviously comes with fees. The only thing you should consider is if you use your account for receiving payment on eBay because with the personal account you can only receive two credit card transactions per year. I think I am definately going to open up a new one too and I can always leave the old on there just in case I need it.

Better to let your earnings build up before taking them if you can.... That's the price of using PayPal though, they offer a service and they have to make money somehow.. I think the costs are different depending on the status of your Paypal account. Mine is a 'premier account' fully verified which looks better if you want to trade using it, but costs more per transaction.

I have a free account at Paypal and they do not take out any fees. Do you have a free account with them? They charge fees is you have a business or premier account with them.
